Washers

Every car on the road uses washers made from steel, copper, aluminum or plastics. These washers are usually used as a gasket between two connecting surfaces that retain a fluid (the most common being your oil pan and the change bolt). Every time these surfaces are separated the washer must be replaced to maintain a proper seal. The washers can be twisted, cut and manipulated to take on a completely new form. The shapes can range from their original circle, polished or pounded with designs or they can be cut and twisted to resemble a ribbon shape.
