Glass- The glass I use is from broken car windows. The manufacturers use a tempered glass that shatters into tiny pieces without sharp edges, as opposed to the deadly shards you get from conventional glass. Since the glass is designed to break completely into little, tiny pieces it is difficult to find larger pieces and ones that match up enough to compose a set of earrings. Each piece is tested and then reinforced to ensure both safety and durability.
